Literal pastry wizard Wei Ying is dating business manager / living enigma Lan Wangji, and their relationship is finally taking flight. Lan Xichen is having a hard time: he's told his uncle Lan Qiren he doesn't want to become the next head of the Lan Sect, but he still owes the man an explanation as to the how and why. He hasn't told anyone about Nie Mingjue's proposal yet, even the man they are currently in a three-way with: Meng Yao. As if all of that wasn't enough, Pan is under fire and Xichen is being accused of preying on minors by a vengeful Xue Yang. How on earth are they going to save themselves and Pan from the trouble their in?

Summary
Lan Xichen owns a sweet little café named Pan where he tries to create his own little safe space where people are inclusive and can enjoy great food and drinks. When his chef Su Minshan suddenly quits he is in desperate need for a new 'culinary artist'. Enter Wei Wuxian who is a literal pastry wizard (no magic, just baking).
Stick-up-ass Lan Wangji runs the business side of Pan and has some trouble getting used to the whirlwind that is Wei Wuxian, but of course he cannot but fall head-over-heels for him.
!Possible trigger warnings:!
- (mentions of) homophobia / bullying
- chapters nine and ten feature a panic attack / dissociative episode
- due to chapter seventeen, I had to turn the rating from General Audiences to Explicit. There will be smut, y'all.
- characters will be getting in a fight, around chapter nineteen. Which is nothing compared to the fights in MDZS/The Untamed, but still.Series

Summary
At the night of his Petal Ceremony, brothel boy Wei Ying finds that he is horrified by the idea of having to please his first ever customer. Fortunately for him, the Gusu-man buying him has some ideas of his own of how he would make use of Wei Ying's talents.
Despite all the suspense in the first few chapters, this is a bit of slow burn. I'm too soft for Wei Ying (this incarnation at least) to put him through any real harm.
This is part of series because part two is just the smut.
