“Who else knows?” Satoru’s voice dropped low, his jealousy obvious as his hands gripped his hips harder– all possessive and territorial. “Who else knows you’re an omega?”

As far as everyone knew, Suguru was a beta.

    He isn’t.

Zhongli stepped back enough to cup Childe’s face in his hands. “Oh, my treasure, I thought you were angry with me.”

“I am furious,” Childe said, baring his sharp teeth. “You can make it up to me with a baby.”

    ...

Or: Fox!Childe goes into heat when he learns that Zhongli is Rex Lapis.

    Summary

He tried not to think about that too much. But that was his problem, wasn’t it? Thinking about it too much was why he’d driven five hours fueled by alcoholic mania just to see Soap again.

He wasn't even sure he'd have a fucking job when he returned, wasn’t sure he wouldn’t be court-martialed on sight, not with the way he’d left. But then, he didn’t really care, did he? Didn’t really know if he’d return, anyway. Didn’t know if he’d survive the rejection he feared was waiting for him at 91 Broughton Street, flat number 609.

Or, Ghost stalks Soap, and he doesn't like what he finds.

He hesitates for a long moment though, feeling like he’s frozen to the ground while the phone burns with responsibility in his hand.

That guy is just...standing there. And staring. Right at him.
