Summary
To the world, Peter Benjamin Parker died November 5th, 2011 in a fatal car accident when he was just 10 years old, along with his social worker, Samantha Lee Jane. The crash had quickly caused a fire–which was also the reason why Peter’s body was never found, only burnt pieces of his flesh in the debris.
Spider-Man, however, was very much alive.
Spider-Man also happened to be 14 year old Peter Parker–though, no one but HYDRA knew that.

Or, Peter Parker is the newest Winter Soldier, trained to be a lethal enemy to the Avengers and disguised in a black and red spandex. What happens when Tony Stark realizes he's been fighting against a traumatized 14 year old this entire time?

Tony’s eye is drawn to one candidate in particular. A kid wearing a suit he looks so uncomfortable in that it’s shooting straight past comical to just heartbreakingly endearing. Chewing on the nail of his thumb, his knee bobbing up and down. Drops his pen, and then drops his clipboard when he bends down to pick up the pen.
