Summary
The plan was simple. Get inside Gi-hun's Pink Motel, gather the money, erase any sign of his coming, and leave without a trace. Then, he'd board a plane and deliver all that Gi-hun had left behind to his daughter.
How could In-ho have known though, that taking this money would be conscidered a punishable offense to the dead, that resulted in Gi-hun's summoning. Now stuck with a ghost from his past, In-ho has to bring Gi-hun back his peace of mind, otherwise he'll stay here on Earth with him. Forever.
Or,
Ghost Gi-hun and alive but destitue Frontman In-ho with a hint of season3 fix it, giving the characters what they deserved (a proper reveal, Hwang bro reunion, the take down of the Games, and non-traumatic closure given to a 13 year old by not handing her a bloody jacket, millions of dollars, telling her her dad is dead and ditching. And ofc Inhun pining and falling in love in their very unique disastrously romantic way)

"You take risks without thinking," In-ho mused as he watched Gi-hun's fingers tighten around his last chip. "That's why you always lose."
"And yet, here I am. Still playing."
The faintest smirk curled around In-ho’s lips. "Because you don't know how to stop." He leaned in, voice quiet but dangerous. "Tell me, Gi-hun—what happens when there's nothing left to bet but yourself?"

"Now consider: it doesn't need to be my hand here," she punctuated the "here" with a tight squeeze of her fist around him, "you can imagine it's someone else, you know. Anyone else. Anyone you want, we’ll make it happen."
In-ho appreciated the gesture, the fantasy, but his mind was blank. If the beautiful naked woman in his bed wasn’t enough, what would be?
"Maybe... maybe one of your friends out there, mmm? One of the players? You looked so… energetic out there competing. Maybe… player 456...?"
The first thing Hwang In-ho did after quelling the player revolt was take a long, scalding hot shower. The second thing he did was swallow a generous pour of single-malt whiskey. The third thing he did was beckon worker 119, a woman whose specialty was serving (and servicing, as needed) the VIP guests, to his bed.
The third thing doesn't quite go as planned, and a startling new aspect of his fascination with player 456 is revealed to him. In-ho must decide how far he's willing to go, and how much he's willing to sacrifice, for the sake of Seong Gi-hun.
