Summary
Jason Grace is brought back to life because his fiancé, Piper McLean is pregnant, and Hades decides to make an exception this one time. However, Thanatos does not like this plan, and wants to take Jason back, since he had already given Hazel a second chance and Leo had cheated death. As a truce, the god of death and the god of the Underworld agree to give Piper a chance at bringing back Jason in the same way Orpheus had attempted to bring back his wife, Eurydice. Leo and Nico decide to help her. Leo, in the sidelines, has some problems of his own, that Nico is beginning to uncover, while Piper is focused on her goal. Leo has to bring back Jason's memories so he can return, and Piper has to fight the urge to turn back and see her lover. She alone, has to return to Camp Half Blood with the son of Jupiter, without looking back once.
