Her thoughts drift back to being in that between world. Where she and Paris had bared their souls to each other only for Paris to forget everything that had been said. To watch the way Paris's eyes lit up at the sight of her, igniting hope in Zaria's little black heart that she already had decided to shut away from the world. Only for Paris to go back to disdain not even a full day later. The way Zaria felt like her chest was collapsing when she went to go check on Paris later only to realize that Paris remembered nothing.
