Summary
September has come after an eventful summer. Ethan Kelly is splitting his time between building up a small farm outside of town and helping Mitzi May run the Lackadaisy. Rocky and Freckle have both found a home with Ethan on the farm as well as a steady income keeping Lackadaisy supplied. However, a gang war between factions of the Mafia threaten to upend the city in a way that hasn't been seen since the Egan-Hogan war. If that weren't enough, Ethan must deal with enemies both old and new who want a piece of "The Ghost". Even mother nature is wanting in on the action in the form of a devastating tornado! The boys will need to come to terms with their past and find a way to survive the mean streets of Saint Louis!
