Summary
When Dean decides to do a summoning ritual to find his soulmate, the last thing he expects is to meet Castiel. Firstly, Castiel is an angel, and Dean didn't think angels even existed. Secondly, Castiel has absolutely no concept of personal space, so he is constantly up in Dean's business. And lastly, he has the most beautiful wings Dean has ever seen.

Generally just having their name and language helps find your soulmate, but Dean is not so lucky. Not only is he unable to read what’s on his arm, he doesn’t even know what it’s written in. After years of searching, legal or otherwise, he has nothing to show for it besides an impressive list of what his soulmate is not. When he finally turns twenty-one, he doesn’t just get an unpleasant surprise, he has even more questions than he had to start with.
