In order to get to know Vietnam better and wanting Vietnam to get to know him better, Cuba has actually set up a.. uhh.. I guess you could like a date night (it's date night because the restaurant he chooses has a 50% off discount for couples every friday - sunday). Even if Cuba sees this as a date night, Vietnam actually thought it was just a hang out.
