Shouta Aizawa is too goddamn tired to deal with this shit.
One second, he’s on patrol, thinking about his loud, blond husband and warm, inviting bed. The next, he’s dragging a half-feral fourteen-year-old away from a burning convenience store while the kid shouts curses he should be too young to know.
A kid who’s way too thin for his age, and flinches when he’s touched. A kid who won’t take off his stupid fucking mask, even when Shouta asks nicely. A kid who Shouta can’t help but like—just a little bit.
Fuck.
And as for Shouta’s new batch of students, they’re just as chaotic as the street urchin he has started to affectionately call Rabbit—especially the hot-headed Katsuki Bakugo, whose personality is even more explosive than his powerful quirk, and Mikumo Akatani, who Shouta’s husband has taken a liking to (for reasons unbeknownst to him). Keeping the two boys out of trouble is a full-time job in and of itself.
As Shouta pulls at the threads surrounding Rabbit and Mikumo Akatani, he realizes they all center around one thing—something involving a cold case, a group of villains, and a missing kid.

Summary
Being quarantined has taken a toll on Zenitsu and his overall mental state, especially because he's unable to be around his friends and Inosuke. Zenitsu's everyday, boring rut is broken when Inosuke decides it's only when they're quarantined that he can be unusually extra verbally affectionate. (Or: Inosuke is very mushy, and Zenitsu explodes out of embarrassment and frustration because they can't be near each other).

“They did not kick me out of the house,” Illumi snapped. “I would appreciate it if you stopped saying that.”
