Zhongli’s lips press into a firm line. “Anything else I am able to offer, aside from fighting you, I will consider.”
It’s an interesting answer. And while Childe mulls it over, his gaze begins to wander: it shifts across Zhongli’s features, as pretty and alluring as they are. Those eyes in all their chiseled gold, the sharp, cutting angles of his jaw… into the swooping curve of Zhongli’s neck, where the rest of it disappears under the collar. Something about it draws a restlessness from Childe, the tips of his fingers starting to buzz with a familiar itch.
It gives him an idea.
A bad one, of course, but an idea nonetheless.
As the First Harbinger, Childe is a dangerous, unpredictable force who lives for the sole pursuit of pleasure. Contracts have always been Zhongli’s method of control, but he may soon find that Childe cannot be so easily contained.

"mhm, morax," from his lap, venti whispers into the shell of his ears, in the midst of their frantic lovemaking, and zhongli desperately digs his fingers into the crimson ribbon holding his wrists together and tilts his head up, "love, you're not gonna believe this, but guess who's here for a show?"
zhongli knits his eyebrows in confusion, trying to think through the haze of pleasure. but even from this distance he can sense a presence behind him, a hint of something powerful and familiar.
