Summary
A little over two centuries ago, quirks appeared. They came in slowly. Starting off with a small percentage of people to receive them. Now, eighty percent of the world's population has one. Fifteen years ago, people's bodies started to change. Then came alphas, betas, and lastly, omegas.
In a world where the quirkless were once the bottom of the food chain, now, omegas were. They were used for sex. With no other reason then the fact alphas could do whatever they wanted. it didn't matter if the alpha has a quirk or was entirely quirkless. Quirkless alphas have less benefits than the ones with quirks but, they still had more benefits than betas and omegas.
Despite being quirkless, Izuku turns out to be an alpha. He decides to make it everyone's problem.
Mainly, Katsuki's problem.

In this AU instead of or in addition to girls menstruating they begin to lactate at a certain age. At the road house Ellen has a specialized wet bar with girls available for feeding. They are restrained specifically to accentuate and showcase their breasts. Anyone willing to pay can just latch on and drink. Nothing overtly sexual, just feeding. Copping a feel is over looked, but anything more will get someone banned. It's a business and Ellen manages it well. Dean is one of her girls this particular night.
