Hello! My fanfic author name is Isti-Tanu; call me Isti. :)
I've been writing fanfiction off and on for about a year and a half, ish...though admittedly I had written one or two fics before that, but I don't tend to count those very much because
1: I had no plans to become a consistent author at that time, and
2: the first time I wrote fanfiction, I wasn't even aware that fanfic existed, so...yeah, I don't exactly count that one. :PI have been in a LOT of fandoms over the years, but my favorite fandoms of all time are probably Lord of the Rings/Tolkien, Legend of Zelda, Attack On Titan, Fullmetal Alchemist, and the original six Star Wars movies along with the Extended Universe.
I mostly tend to write oneshots. This is partly because I am a very intermittent writer, and partly because I prefer to have a single longfic in the works at a time that I focus on until I finish it. So, any writing that I do in the meantime will be oneshots, even if they happen to be in a series or belong to one cohesive narrative.
