This fic is technically part of a series which I haven’t created a series category for yet; I realize that most of the time, series aren’t too bad in regards to understanding things without context, but this is one of those cases where you should at least read the first one (It’s Onion…No Really, It’s Onion) for context, otherwise this is going to seem very strange

Receiving a diagnosis is one thing; actually working out what that means for you is another. It’s a strange adjustment, realizing that what you think of as normal, actually isn’t, and that you can receive help for the problems you didn’t even know you were facing.
But sometimes, when you receive that help, you feel like a fraud. Asking if you REALLY need it. After all, you were getting along just fine without it before. And the feeling that all this hullabaloo is really unnecessary is only exacerbated when the diagnosis in question is “mild.” The impostor syndrome is real.
Or, in simpler terms: 5 times Uraraka felt like a hard of hearing fraud, and one time she didn’t

In which Geralt’s plant-based mutations affect a lot more than Jaskier originally realized—not that he had any expectations in particular.
A continuation of my Onion!Geralt AU, sequel to “It’s Onion…no really, it’s onion”—the AU should be fairly self explanatory, but I do recommend reading that one first.
For those who just want to start the fic, the main premise of this au is that Geralt’s second round of Grasses, with extra experimental mutations, were a little bit heavier on the “experimental” side than they’re usually portrayed. Geralt is part plant (though it doesn’t show in his physical appearance). This is why he smells like onions.

There’s an OC who ended up in the twenty third century because of *handwaves* reasons, and wound up running into the Enterprise (on their second five year mission). Now some of the Enterprise crew have accidentally traveled back in time once again, and are trying (again) to get back to the 23rd century.
(Just to clarify, they’re not quite close enough to OC’s original time zone for her to be able to jump back into her old life, besides which, there’s rules about time travelers who’ve learned too much about future technology. Sad as it is for her, she’ll be going back along with them, and she knows it.)
In the meantime, they have acquired a car. That’s where this scene picks up.

But that is all in the past. For now, this one must look to the future, and try to survive in this strange land.
To start, this one will write within this book of those things which have already happened, so that if this Khajit should awaken in a prisoners cart again, this one will have something to remember.

He amused himself with the mental image of the elves of Lothlorien singing their lament for Gandalf in the same style as that poem. He then proceeded to give me the first line of this hypothetical poem. I kept going…and wound up with this. :P
