“Is that how you’re doing ‘fair and square’ these days? Everything’s a transaction—even conversation?”
He huffs. “That’s rich, coming from you.”
“How so?”
Kunigami rolls his neck, cracking the joints. Despite his vexed smirk, Isagi tenses. Intimidating him gives Kunigami a twisted sense of pleasure.
“Like you didn’t spell out what I owed you yesterday to score that damn goal,” he retorts, preparing to stand. “Like you don’t manipulate everyone to serve you, friend or foe. Every single one of us is currency to you—a means to an end.”

The bell chimes as he enters the shop and Kira glances at Isagi's direction for a split second, before turning back to the few girls surrounding him, he's in the middle of a conversation with some fans it seems. Isagi just goes about his way, picking out his favourite sweets. He takes a peek at Kira every once in a while, he seems very at ease with his fans, sweet and down-to-earth and charming, not to mention he's pretty good looking and nice. Isagi can definitely tell why he's so well-beloved, really, what's not to love about him?
