Wilbur's back, and things can go wrong. Tommy fears this man, who's been alone in the afterlife for over a decade, will destroy his whole world again and his worst nightmares will become true.
He remembers the night of the festival, before Tubbo died and things went south, when Wilbur had second thoughts about blowing up L'Manburg and chose not to (that time, at least). He cherishes that moment and holds it close to his heart.
Now that his former President is back in the world of the living, Tommy can only hope he'll hesitate once more.
