Summary
Lucy was one of the Resistance members, someone who grew up looking at ninja clans. After all, she grew up in one. One day, she read about a case. One of the Chaotix's first cases, and since then, she became a fan. Following in their footsteps, she would eventually join the Resistance to fight against the Phantom War. Once the Resistance disbanded, she stayed with the Restoration. Who would of guessed that eventually she'd meet her idols?
