Summary
Logan has never really thought about scents and smells before, at least not in a specific way. Sure, it's good to be blessed with human senses - as the monster hunter he is, it is definitely helpful in many cases to be able to smell the difference between an edible and a toxic plant, or to be able to tell when a certain monster's coming too close, possibly turning into a threat... just to give a few examples.
Besides all of that, though, it has never been too important for him to focus on such things.
...Well, that has changed within the recent past, however. Changed drastically, actually.
Because here the white haired ex-bandit is now, and he's suddenly thinking rather enthusiastically about the whole topic of human senses. Of his own nose, to be precise. Of what he's taking in, causing him to swallow, his nostrils to flare... ---You see, this is not about monster guts or edible plants, neither is it about slow-cooked pork ribs and sand rice cake.
It's about Owen.
