I was thinking, what if Kate came back in Sapulpa before Javi had the idea to come to see her in NY? Back in her childhood farm, she meets Tyler. Her mom hired him as a farm boy/handyman. But he's also a stormchaser duh. Maybe he's exactly what Kate needs to finally succeed to tame a tornado and open her heart again.

Hello! Some of you might know me for my other fic Just To Be Safe (go check it!) but welcome everyone.
Still TylerKate but this time I'm doing an AU because the idea wouldn't leave my brain. It's inspired from a storyline from the show Walker I watched a couple of years ago. Basically Walker was undercover in a rodeo show to arrest the members.
Summary: Kate works for the FBI in New York when she's assigned a new case. The Wranglers are known for their rodeo show but they might also be stealing banks. Kate goes undercover to investigate on them. In doing so, she gets too close of their leader, Tyler. It breaks her heart to arrest him. A year later, Tyler gets out of jail to work with Kate on a new case. But their past story (and feelings) could get in the way.

The inspiration for this fic is so random. I was thinking about Glen and Daisy age gap and a story started to form in my mind.
In this fic, Tyler has a little sister. Jenny has a bestfriend, Kate. For as long as she remembers, Kate always had thing for Tyler but he never noticed her because she's ten years younger than him. She became a journalist in New York and she's going to follow the Wranglers for a week. Tyler quickly realizes that she turned into a babe and now he gets the hots for his little sister bestfriend!
