Summary
A css skin and tutorial that allows you to make Starfleet themed dividers for use within a chapter. It can be used to modify the h3 heading (for dividers with titles or description) or the hr element (for dividers without).
This skin and the resulting dividers have been tested on, and work with, the standard site skin, low vision site skin, reversi, snow blue, and the highly modified version of simply twilling I use as my standard. So it should work for almost every one of your readers.

The spines of a ya-ya cactus shivered against the anticipating wind. The sand waited in fragile silence as the clouds trembled and darkened, growing heavier and heavier until, at last, there fell a single drop of rain."
Amanda Grayson of Earth came to Vulcan as an outworlder studying for a teaching certificate. She knew she wanted to contribute to her host institution, but she never expected that she would be willing to invest so much in one student - let alone that she would find herself falling in love with his father. What if her methods aren't compatible with the ways of Vulcan, after all?
