While she promised she would give it up, after losing both Eloise and Colin within the same hour at her own families ball she couldn't give up the final part of her that gave her life some purpose... her voice. But can she use the scandal sheet to take down he man she has loved for years? No, of course she cannot.

    Penelope knows she must move past this, unrequited love - while for a time the fantasy kept her heart truly warm - she knew that if left untamed it would slowly poison her. She knows she must move on, Penelope realises she cannot hide behind the lies anymore and pretend that all is right she must be honest and she knows the person with whom that honesty needs to start.

    Will she mend her friendship with Eloise? time will tell, but can she truly just turn off her feelings for Colin... it seems that they run deeper than even she knew.
