Knife had learned how to actually pick up or possess things as a ghost, and recently started to get into poetry.
He liked the idea, and thought of writing a hint, a clue to how he truly felt about his best friend, Pickle, then giving it to him as a gift. He thought of slowly writing him more poetry, getting more direct and less metaphorical until Pickle was able to figure it out. A slow confession, for sure, the idea could be found a bit romantic by some, but he just hoped that Pickle would love him back. Knife thought it’d be best for the less direct start, and good poetry practice.
