Just thoughts. Unsent letters. “I’m fine”s that really mean “help”.
And productive sleepless nights (productive in tears, not homework — let’s not dream).Is it a bit dramatic?
Absolutely.
Does writing it help?
A little.Here you’ll find fragments of emotions, survival sarcasm, “I’m too annoying” followed by “but I still deserve to exist”, and texts that hover somewhere between a diary and a silent scream.
It’s messy.
