“Bastard, what the hell do you think you’re doing?” Qin’s voice boomed through the narrow alleyway behind X’s Bar. Duang, in his drunken stupor, just pouted, leaning against the opposite wall for balance.
He was so drunk he couldn’t even make out Qin’s facial expressions or the tone of his voice—the way his eyebrows furrowed, his eyes filled with anger and something vulnerable.
“Qin~” Duang held his arms out, wanting to touch and pull Qin into a hug.
His lover took a step back, holding a hand out to stop him, putting distance between them. Duang instantly teared up and let his hands fall to his sides.
“Do you even know what you just did in there?” Qin asked, pointing toward the entrance of the bar. He was rigid, every muscle locked up, tense. He felt unbelievably angry—but mostly hurt. He never thought Duang would be that kind of person.
Duang just looked confused, his eyes drooping, definitely too drunk to understand the gravity of the situation.
Qin couldn’t believe what was happening. His heart squeezed painfully in his chest, as if someone were slicing a knife through it over and over again. If looks could kill, Duang would be dead meat on the ground.

He could finally get a good look at him.
He had a nice jawline, brown flowing hair, large doe-like brown eyes and a cute nose. He had a very muscular build, with defined abs, pecs and large arms. His hands were webbed like a duck's between the long fingers with sharp nails that could easily tear into someone. His tail was just pure muscle. It was a mixture of dark green lined up with faded dark blue, some lighter colours as well, light blue, green and gold spots here and there. His ears were like little fins, the same colour as his tail. He had some scales roaming around on his upper body, and he had gills on the side of his neck. Taehyung thought his teeth would be sharp, but the creature opened his mouth to chew some more- it was the very last bit. The mermaid had sharp, shark like teeth, that could easily rip into something, his canines were incredibly sharp and long. Taehyung saw something like a second eyelid, but he wasn’t completely sure.
Taehyung shivered at the sight.
