“You boys need anything else?” Mandy ask when she reappears beside the table, eyes bright and hopeful. “Coffee? Tea?” Her eyes rake over Cas and she bites her lip, sending every signal in the book. “Some dessert?”
Dean grins as Mandy looks between them, mostly at Cas. Cas gives Dean the ‘is that an innuendo?’ squint and Dean nods. “You know in fact we would like some dessert. My buddy here’s kind of shy about it so we were hoping for…something to take back to our room.”
“Really?” Mandy purrs, finally looking at Dean with some interest.
“Yeah, but we were hoping for something we could split.” Mandy’s eyebrows go high just as Cas’s eyes get even narrower. “Anything like that on the menu?”
Mandy looks between the two of them, licking at her lips. “I think I can get something like that for you.”

Summary
Castiel is a police officer who always worked alone. So why was Dean Winchester, an envoy who had just awakened from multiple prison sentences, suddenly Castiel’s partner? The body Dean inhabits is everything Castiel had ever wanted and if they can solve the murder of an influential client, Dean might just keep it forever. Castiel is not sure how he feels about that, or if they would survive long enough to find out.

Summary
Existing rather than living, accident survivor Dean is offered a job playing a Knight Of Hell Boss character in his favorite videogame 'Moondoor'. The salary, the free VR rig, the opportunity to play games for a living... where's the downside? But when an offer from Roman Enterprises seems too good to be true, chances are the gift horse is going to have very sharp teeth.

Sam was too busy gaping with shock to say anything coherent, so Gabriel dove in and took over. “So, um, what was that?” he asked Castiel.
Castiel just blinked at him uncomprehendingly, raising one hand to touch his mouth with a puzzled frown.
“You and Dean,” Gabriel clarified. “What was that all about?”
“Dean. Uh. Dean hugged me,” Castiel said, his expression cool but his eyes shifting awkwardly away from the cat’s penetrating glare.
“With his mouth,” Gabriel drawled.
Castiel patted his lips again, guiltily, but then looked defiant as he stated firmly, “Yes. He hugged me with his mouth.”

Summary
Being the only angel in the entire Pacific Northwest can be tiring, even if these days Castiel spends more of his time shoveling manure than fighting off the hordes of hell. It's an occupational hazard, unfortunately; he earns most of his living rehabilitating wild animals a few miles outside Spokane. Wild animals like Dean, for instance— a mountain lion who's entirely too smart for his own good. There's a man in Castiel's dreams named Dean too, but that part's just a huge coincidence.
