Summary
Since that one horrid night, Edgar Poe found himself lost. The sun seared his skin for if he even dared to feel its rays. His stomach hollered for a drop of the forbidden crimson that he could not bear to consume. Not for its taste but out of fear that he'll truly will not be human anymore, despite losing his ability to say that he is since the attack. Edgar Allan Poe is not human, anymore.
Soon it will be clear as he'll find out, hunters had got word of a famous author was vampiric. That brings a pretty penny to the hunter that manages the kill and their name known, popularity brings more jobs to them as well. Luckily for Poe, it hasn't been found out on who the author is, and he will be safe until he can figure out a plan. Although will he be able to escape once word is sent to him that his own boss is interested in the hunt as well?
If he is to go into hiding or die before he was supposed to be old, there is one thing he wishes to do. He must find his rival, Edogawa Ranpo. Yet one big question, how is he supposed to find him while not risking the sun. It was roughly 13-hour time zone difference between where he lived and Japan. Would Ranpo even remember him after all these years? -
