    It was at a Kiramman family dinner that you first heard the name Jayce Talis from your younger cousin Caitlyn. Since then, he has become a rather hot topic in Piltover. First, he was a disgraced scientist and inventor; now, he was the city’s hope for a new technological era, along with his partner Viktor. You vaguely understood what Hextech was, but you did understand that it would change the world. With a few phone calls and well-placed pleas, you were permitted to be a part of it. You easily charmed Jayce when you first met. He was weak in the presence of a pretty face, and yours was exceptionally pretty. The dedicated and diligent Viktor would be harder to win over.
