Donghyuck snorts. Card Johnny is gaping at Mark with what looks like absolute incomprehension. “Boyfriend you, obviously. Wow, Mark, that’s such a funny Valentine’s joke.”
“It’s not— boyfriend me?” Mark asks. He can hear his heart pound on his throat, on his neck, bouncing against the inner walls of his skull. The word keeps stumbling along: boyfriend, my boyfriend, my— “I’m, um, we’re- we’re dating? We’ve been dating? I’m your boyfriend?”
“What sort of question is that?” Donghyuck scoffs. “Of course you are?”(It's Valentine's day in Hogsmeade, and Mark is determined to make a boyfriend out of Lee Donghyuck.)

Good News: Mark got into his dream academy (while still managing to hide his magic from his parents)
Bad News: he was too good at curses because now he’s a Caster, which means he gets a demon partner and basically becomes a walking blood bag...
Or at least, that’s how it’s supposed to go. Thing is, his demon refuses to drink his blood. Mark might be able to stand him if that was the only problem, but it’s merely the first of several.
