Harua can see Yuma's brows furrow as he takes the last sentence in, the same way he does in math class when he doesn't understand something and is waiting for an equally confused Harua to give him the solution.
"I know it sounds crazy, but that's what we're doing. I didn't think it was possible until it kept happening with a bunch of people I didn't know, and then I saw those same people in real life, and it took me months to understand it but now I do. I meet people in my dreams. I share these dreams with them. And this time… it's you."
It's not that complicated. Harua sees real people in his dreams and has to help them solve whatever problem they're having. He would even go as far as to say he's gotten pretty good at it and can manage to help about anyone. He wasn't expecting his next "client" to be his ex-best friend Yuma who hasn't spoken to him in months, that's all.

Everyone is flesh and blood. It's what they do with that flesh and blood that makes a difference. Some don themselves in cotton and silk and waste away in a cubile. Some learn to taste a rhythm and make it theirs. Others find a specific way to destroy themselves, to rip up the flesh and display the blood as a trophy.
Sometimes it isn't always a choice. Sometimes it's all you can do to survive.(Or, Nicholas is a fighter and Euijoo is his most loyal supporter.)
