Summary
The last thing he remembered was watching the sun fade behind the ocean and the sky go from blazing orange to a dark and deep blue. When the last bits of day disappeared from the horizon, he’d closed his eyes.
And when he opened them, he choked on the water in his lungs.
Or, in which the Straw Hats face a massive defeat before reaching Raftel and just when Luffy thinks he’s about to die, he finds himself drowning instead.
Oh right, he time traveled, too.

Summary
“How did Luffy get someone like you to join the crew?”
“He blackmailed me.”
Nami’s expression morphs into something that Zoro can’t quite describe and it takes all of his willpower not to laugh and how perplexed she seems. “Luffy blackmailed……you.”
“With my swords at a marine base."
"There are so many things wrong with that sentence."

Summary
"His sluggish brain finally registered that the wall of gold and blue was a dragon as it moved, leaping into the mass of the Empire’s soldiers and decimating three men with a single swipe of it’s foreclaw. In the dragon’s place was a man clad in the finest armour Roran had ever seen, a shield strapped to his back and wielding a wicked red sword with all the grace and deadliness of a warrior god. As Roran watched, not a single man got past to get to Roran, leaving him with nothing to do but stare in awe as the rider, for that’s clearly who he was, cut down Empire soldiers like they were nothing more than children playing at war."

The Eragon and Roran reunion we deserved.
