Pink chases him wherever he goes.
He doesn't mind. If the sight is clear enough, it breaks through the bleakness.
It brings forth a heartbeat.
Somehow, he feels like he’s waiting for something. For a memory to come forward.

Summary
Uchiha Sasuke has endured pain far tremendous than one could possibly imagine. From being the sole survivor of the Uchiha Massacre, to severing his bonds in pursuit of fratricide, to becoming an internationally wanted criminal, and nearly dying at the hands of a God, Sasuke withstood the resilience to overcome whatever obstacles that remained in his journey of atonement. However, Sasuke would eventually come to learn that vying for Haruno Sakura's forgiveness would serve to be the most strenuous one of them all.
