Summary
After blowing up his Aunt, Harry fully expected not to make it out of the summer alive. And boy, did his Uncle try his best to prove Harry right.
Injured and hopeless, Harry set off into darkness that night, the image of Uncle Vernon with his belt in his hand still quite prevalent in Harry's mind. He prepared himself to figure everything out on his own for the next few months until term started again.
However, he was not expecting the eccentric Headmaster of Hogwarts to appear and offer to let him stay elsewhere for the summer. He jumped at the chance immediately, as anything would be better than his Aunt's house.
Until he found himself outside of Professor Snape's house.
Anything but that.
Now stuck living with his most hated Professor and arch-nemesis, Harry once again does not expect to make it to Hogwarts alive. Little did he know that fateful night would fully change the course of his life forever. Now armed with an unconventional father figure, overprotective brother, and army of loyal snakes behind him, Harry might have the chance to be the most powerful Wizard in all of history.

Summary
Severus Snape had a family at Hogwarts. His best friend Lily introduced him to the group of friends she made in Gryffindor, James Potter, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew. Wary, but hopeful, he was fast friends with the unruly gang. They soon turned from merely friends, into family. When Regulus Black started at Hogwarts, he was added to the small family almost instantly. Severus even found an unexpected love down the line. He had everything he ever wanted.
Until he didn't.
Voldemort took everything from him on the night of October 31st, 1981. 4 friends dead, one in prison, and his love in hiding. He was left alone for the first time since his childhood.
5 years later on the anniversary of the tragedy, he sat grieving the life he once had. He thoughts led him to the young boy Harry, whom he hadn't seen since that fateful night. Only then did he find out that the child had been left to the devices of Lily's horrid sister Petunia. Enraged, Severus went to rescue the only bit of Lily he had left. And so our story begins. A young child learning what it's like to be loved, and a man, relearning what it's like to not be alone anymore.

Summary
Izuku Midoriya was 4 years old when his life turned upside down. At least he had his best friend Katuski Bakugo with him to help support him through the abuse he has been receiving his whole life. He thought that he would be able to handle it, be able to keep reaching for his dream to be a hero, until one day his life changes. A few days before his 11th birthday, Inko Midoriya left her son, and All Might told him that he would never be a hero. So, Izuku does what he's been told to do all his life. He takes a jump. Only to discover, he had a quirk all along.
