Summary
The hospital was quiet, only filled with the sound of rolling beds and vital signs beeping. But in a different building, the Police Department was discussing a recent case. A murder case of Annie Colber, the store clerk, everyone knew and loved. Investigations on everyone in town were quickly done; every detective had multiple people to investigate, but one, Detective Burgess. Burgess only had one person to investigate on his request, Charles Denmark, the man who was in the hospital for Brain Damage and Psychological Memory Loss. The questioning was very confusing to say the least... Charles's sentences were just gibberish; he kept repeating himself, but made sure there was an important part he wanted everyone to know. He knew that Burgess had done something in Colber's murder, but couldn't express that thought clearly, so he kept repeating himself to make his point. But the real thing is, did Burgess do anything? Or was Charles's brain playing tricks on him?
