He didn't know how his chest could feel so hollow and at the same time so full of pain. It felt as if Dazai took a big part of Chuuya with him. Or more accurately, he already had it for quite some time but only now Dazai decided to cruelly destroy it.
“The worst thing is that this bandaged freak doesn't even realize how much damage he caused.” Chuuya felt that he definitely was still way too sober. He needed to get so drunk that he would only feel numbness. Let him have it at least for one evening before Chuuya will have to deal with this pain for the rest of his life.

Summary
“Sanemi,” hearing his name, he turned to Giyuu only to be met by hands raising towards his face. Sanemi probably should have expected this, but he was still taken by surprise when he felt the hands were calloused. He didn’t mind it though, it only meant that Giyuu was an experienced swordsman.
