Summary
Meteor City: a taboo subject in other countries and a dumping ground for unwanted trash. The city's existence is known to very few, but despite this, millions of people live there.
Growing up in Meteor City is incredibly tough. If you survive the deadly diseases that plague infants, you still face the risk of dying from starvation or dehydration. If you make it through those threats, you must contend with the dangers posed by the mafia or sadistic individuals.
Survive all of that, and well, the rest is history.
