Summary
Josephine Lancaster was the first woman deployed on the front lines. Having grown up in Brooklyn, she called Steve Rogers and James Barnes her best friends.
Selected for Project Athena, she became the programs lone success, finding herself placed in the U.S infantry. Josephine earned her respect amongst the men she fought besides. However, when Bucky went missing, and Steve was too busy with his new Role as Captain America, Josephine was left alone.
Captured by Hydra, Josephine was subjected to years of torture and torment. Her body warped, her mind and soul taken from her. She was turned into a weapon, trapped in a daze for decades before she finally awoke.
Now a stranger in a world she once recognized, Josephine has to relearn to live. She isn't too sure what she is anymore.

Summary
A ferry pilot with an attitude, if Stella Finley wasn't so pretty she knows she would be widely disliked at Thorpe Abbotts. For many men she's not quite pretty enough to risk getting too close. For John Egan, her bite is far more exciting than her bark.
If Stella and John had more time together in the simplicity of civilian life, maybe their relationship wouldn't be what it is, overly dependent and complicated and passionate, feral when they can't seem to find common ground. But they didn't. And it is. Maybe it has to be. Where they're going it's cold and dark and dangerous, and both of them know they'd be the first to burn to keep each other warm.

Summary
Sorcha Devlin never planned to find herself across the Pond stationed at the Thorpe Abbotts base, but as a promise to be close to her younger brother, she landed in this position. Cormack Devlin, younger by 2 years, was training to become a fighter pilot when Pearl Harbor occurred. As the son of Irish immigrants who were ever grateful to America and its bounty of opportunity, he pledged his undying loyalty to the country of his birth and was shipped over to England. Sorcha promised her mother that Cormack wouldn’t be alone, pledging to go with him as a form of protection and a sense of home.
Robert Rosenthal knew he wanted to become a pilot the day America declared they were going to war. He spent months training alongside his peers to get a chance to do something meaningful with his life. The strong sense of justice he carried within himself made its way to Thorpe Abbotts alongside him. He planned to stay focused solely on missions, seeing it as his duty to lead his men through these times.
The two meet on Rosie’s first day at Thorpe Abbotts, and slowly everything they vowed to never do comes true.
