It was only at age 15 did he realize that seeing them suffer may be even more enjoyable, and that the quirk he had never known was a beautifully horrible one indeed. It was time to create art, and time to change the world forever.

A fucking banger of a fic. Twisted, dark, grim, and extremely well writen.
Edit (June 17th, 2021): So, 2019 me couldn't write for shit, so I'll just add a bit more actual information here. Please note that any actual plot points I bring up are exclusively from the first chapter.
Honestly, I've yet to find a Villain Izuku that scratches that itch I have for the tag as much as this one. The entire story, from Midoriya's descent into insanity and his discovery of what he can do to his interactions with the League and how his behaviour caused the world to diverge from canon, were written in a very satisfying way. Body Horror as art is something I have wanted more of since reading this story, but couldn't find any that were satisfying to the same level as Virtuoso. And, as fucked up as it is, I can't get enough of it. Also Major Character Death, which is my favorite warning the Archive has.
On Midoriya's descent, I really liked the portrayal of his discovery as an accident, and I feel you can draw parallels with serial killers on his decisions further into the story. I feel Himiko especially had good chemistry with this deranged Izuku, and her canon-divergent circumstances helped with that a lot (without spoiling anything).
I recommend the fic if you want a gritty story, or an exploration of a more psychopathic Izuku, with a bit of a Cat-and-Mouse game between Midoriya and Tsukauchi.
