She is being kissed by her reflection in the mirror, and there is something to be said about narcissism, about stories of a boy so beautiful he fell in love with a reflection in the water. He drowned in it, and the symbolism is so apt it makes Furina kiss back, as in love with the dramatics of it as she ever could be with a person.
