    "I am not the one they will be seeing onstage anymore. They will only see you. And I want all of you at your best. This is a strong company, but I want to make it stronger. I will not pull punches, I will not always be nice, and I will not always be speaking English so maybe download a French translator app on your phones." She pauses for dramatic effect and sweeps her eyes across the room. "If you want to be the greatest dancer in the world, all you have to do is dance like you already are. Thank you. Dance well, or else."
