“Dunno.” She shrugs, stuffing her hands in her pockets. “Pretty Boy, probably.”
The words leaving her mouth startle a laugh out of Levi’s. “Pretty- what?”
She shrugs again. “You’re pretty.” Out of anyone else’s mouth, the words would ring like an insult. But out of her’s, they’re clearly a compliment. “What, don’t tell me you don’t know?”
OR Levi is having a perfectly normal day in the Underground when a girl from the surface clambers down to meet him. Years later, they meet again. (A semi-canon-compliant two-shot.)

"Separating from each other once was hard enough, but having to deal with that fate with each new visit was almost unbearable. Sometimes, Levi could hardly enjoy Hange’s company, the fatality of their separation always hanging in the air like rain waiting to pour.
With every departing hug shared, with every accepting tear shed, Levi left a bit of his shattered heart there. He’d murmur reassuring phrases to himself, just a few more years and she’ll be home.
Just a few more years. But that certain promise started to sound more like wishful thinking each time he whispered the words."
Levi and Hange's relationship took a sharp turn after she decided to study abroad, both struggle and wonder if it's worth it to continue with their romance between constant fights and a growing distance.

Summary
The Ackerman duo. Just the mention of this name filled Hange with so many feelings. Mostly, when she reread the files of their cases over and over, until her eyes watered, she felt pricking annoyance. Sometimes, when she stared at the dead bodies of those scarce unfortunates who stumbled upon their crimes, she was filled with hatred and a pushing need for revenge. Hange couldn't deny, however, there were times when she marveled at the impudence of their crimes. And, when she was investigating the Ackerman's cases and saw just how meticulously planned they all were, she couldn't help but feel something close to fascination.
No one knew who they were. No one had seen their faces, no one knew their true names. Almost everyone knew of their crimes.
Hange was determined to unravel every last one of their secrets. She will put an end to their crimes and then she will get the elusive Ackermans behind bars.
