Macaque was in the center of the bed, wearing only his pants, squeezing the sheets in a death grip. He kept moving his head and legs in every direction, sobbing and muttering something unintelligible. The glamour had fallen off, so she was able to see all six of his ears and what looked like a scar over his right eye, but it was still too dark to be one hundred percent sure.
At that sight, Viola felt that little bit of hesitation abandon her, replaced by purest determination.
She had to wake him up.AKA: Macaque have a nightmare and (fortunately) there is someone there to comfort him.

Macaque era in mezzo al letto, con solo i pantaloni, stringendo le lenzuola in una morsa mortale. Continuava a muovere la testa e le gambe in ogni direzione, singhiozzando e mormorando qualcosa di incomprensibile. Il glamour era caduto, quindi era in grado di vedere tutte e sei le sue orecchie, e quella che sembrava una cicatrice sull’occhio destro, ma era ancora troppo buio per esserne certa al cento per cento.
A quella vista, Viola sentì quella poca esitazione rimasta abbandonarla, sostituita da determinazione più pura.
Doveva svegliarlo.Ovvero: Macaque fa un incubo e (fortunatamente) c'è qualcuno lì per confortarlo.
