Summary

He lived in the keeper’s house of the Pony Island Lighthouse with his father and brother throughout high school. Once he graduated, he took his camera on the road and worked himself up to a well sought after photographer, traveling the world. Coming home wasn’t going to be easy.
Dr. Castiel Novak left the Outer Banks for college and later, medical school. Coming home years later, he set up his practice when the town’s doctor retired. He had fond memories of the beaches, the homes, and the lighthouse.
While the two men had a shared past, time and distance made them strangers. Would they be able to find love again as adults or were their lives destined like ships in the night?
