Summary
A long time ago, when she was thirteen and very stupid, Brittany Wallace wrote a fanfiction where she inserted herself into the Partridge books as the intrepid naval officer's love interest and comrade. It was like, super cringe. Besides, everyone knows Partridge is in love with his mutinous ex-first-lieutenant.
He definitely wouldn't be into Steph Gutierrez, of all people, who is the only other person Brittany has ever met that read the books. Steph is a cheerleader and a total pain in the ass. And she's in love with Partridge, which is stupid, because he isn't real and he's clearly gay.
Well, he wasn't real, until Brittany decided to go chasing after their vice principal through a magic mirror.
Now, Brittany is stuck with Steph (And Steph is stuck with Brittany) on the frigate Epiphany as midshipmen in His Majesty's Service alongside Partridge and everybody else.
And they are NOT gonna be back before Senior Prom.
