Summary
Having recently overcome writer's block, Jughead is on a roll one Saturday afternoon when he's interrupted by a last-minute request from Alice and Betty, who ask him to watch the twins. Awkward conversations ensue.
This was written for the Riverdale Promptathon (Week 1, though it's a week late), using the following prompts from the list: Writing; Red; Pop’s Chock’lit Shoppe.
The story is set approximately five weeks after Jughead went missing. It largely adheres to canon through the most recently aired episode (5x10), but is, of course, entirely speculative after that.
