AU - Shane Hollander is an educator at an art museum who may or may not have a crush on the cute, stoic, Russian security guard Ilya Rozanov. What happens when a power outage traps them in an art gallery for a bit? Perhaps they will finally admit the feelings that have been brewing just under the surface
"There is something oddly right about holding Rozanov’s hand. Feeling calluses pressed against his own. Rozanov’s grip feels steady. Not too hard. The perfect amount of pressure. Shane usually has to count when he touches somebody, knowing his limits, but also not wanting to upset them by pulling away too quickly. There is currently no count. No urge to pull away. If anything, Shane wants to get closer to Rozanov."
