Everyone is classified Dom or Sub at 18 AU.
Of course everyone just assmed Steve Harrington's results confirmed he was a Dominant on his eighteenth birthday, no one bothered to check. He slipped up after the Russians and Robin found out the truth but it was okay becuase that wasn't going to happen again. But then the Upside Down wasn't supposed to come back either.
