Summary
He launches himself up to the castle, he was starting to run low on wind bursts but they practically won already. his gaze immediately lands on Lettuce who was watching his empire fall in record time. Wemmbu grins at Lettuce who was trying to look composed, "congrats Letty" he teases, "you lost."
Lettuce ignores him, his jaw clenching as he stares down at the war beneath their feet. Flame and Theo hunting after Purpled who somehow managed to keep himself alive. It was over, Parrot won and it was only a matter of time until the furry got executed, if that's what Parrot wanted.
"Hellooooo? Lettuce?" Wemmbu calls impatiently, wanting a reaction from the fallen king.
"I'm not going to let you kill me, Wemmbu. I'm not going to give up on something I spent my life working for. I'm not going to die without killing at least one of you with my own hands." Lettuce replies, finally locking eye contact with him, a challenge.
Wemmbu laughs, sharp and disbelieving "D'alright"
