    This feeling, it felt similar to how Riley felt when she looked at Val. Maybe it was envy? Was it normal for envy and admiration to spark butterflies in her stomach? Anxiety let her eyelids fall halfway down her eyes. Something about Joy just pulled her into a daze.

    Surely that was normal. Right?

    Joy was just so.. Effortlessly in control, so sure of herself, and it was hard not to be drawn to that. Anxiety was known for her overcontrolling-ness, but she always had to claw her way to control, she had to fight for it, but Joy… Joy did it like it was second-nature.
