"Just thinking back on how she has gotten here almost gives her whiplash. Just a year ago she had been married, working her dream job and she and Dan had been making enough money to be able to live comfortably. That had all been before Palmetto though, after that her whole life basically went down the drain. She is now a divorced single mom, working horrible hours cleaning hotel rooms for a shitty wage just to try and get through the weeks one at a time. And, again, she is about to be homeless. Needless to say she really needs this apartment."
Chloe is in desperate need of a new apartment. Lucifer is still the devil and runs Lux, but also rents out apartments on the floor between Lux and his penthouse.
