Summary
Hitoshi did not know why he and Kaminari didn’t talk outside of class training sessions.
In them, Kaminari complimented all of Hitoshi's cool new support items and how mature and great he behaved, and hugged him enough times for Hitoshi to memorise the scent of his shampoo. But then there didn’t seem to be enough left over. Kaminari never approached him anywhere else. There were distant waves, of course, but other than that they just seemed to be friends in that not-really kind of way. That was it.

Denki didn't know why he and Shinsou didn't talk outside of training sessions.
They always partnered together during team training. They've hugged, they've talked, they've held hands. Was it all too much? It had to be, because suddenly there was nothing left over. They never talked in other lessons, never hugged or held hands or done anything other than Shinsou just glaring at him from across the room. They waved at each other sometimes, but other than that: nothing! No matter what he did, Denki just couldn't get past the 'just friends' stage. At this rate, maybe Shinsou didn't even like him.

The UA University of Magic and Quirks works to turn young adults into capable heroes. When students aren't pushing their bodies to the limits or studying complex topics, they rest and hang out with each other. Kaminari Denki and Shinsou Hitoshi are two of those students, both with a desire to get to know the other more. They hang out with their eclectic group of friends, spend time together, and enjoy the warmth that can come out of the cold of winter.
